I just tried: "CD1 - 2 - Introduction to Focus 10.flac".It felt good. I felt relaxed afterward, and I didn’t notice anything unusual, but the objects in my mind were more detailed than usual. It was like taking a power nap. Not bad. I’ll try the same audio again tomorrow.
