the spiritual realm coincides with both realms of self

And such, it is simply more real, than the material, as it is less emanatory, and a greater approximation of truth
(though still an approximation!)

This is accurate.

One of my favorite experiences during LD was visiting another version of earth, with another version of myself.

The child I knew I was meant to have was there. I was not meant to have him here, but I always knew. It was an odd timeline. The light was blue and looked fractured in the sky. There was tech but it was far less invasive than here.

I was only allowed to see myself from behind, but I experienced my family there with me. They were all there, plus 1.

And yes, it was more real than here. Most of the worlds or realms I have visited have been more real.
