You can stop time while awake with the right mix of events, the rain will no joke be frozen in front of you, you can leave your body while awake to a place of pure color and sound and float around without any body, the sounds will enter your mind and change you forever. Been there, done that. grass it self can turn alive and wrap around your feet in utter joy of you! all of this is REAL. They want you to be asleep wake UP. go to a quite place and make sure there is no sound not even you. Sit down and close your eyes. Focus on your breath. Think of yourself like a computer with a gauge. if you do this right you will be out of body 100% for a random amount of time. this may be hard and not everyone may be able to do it but people need to know that there is more going on with your brain and the universe than it lets on.
