This information is incorrect. Psychopaths are not "ascended people" or anything positive, as you and other people on the internet, in modern times, perpetually try to make them out to be. They have now returned with circumstances that make it difficult to achieve what they truly need to complete the cycle (lack of affective empathy, of fear and of prosocial motivation), precisely because if they can overcome that circumstance and act with kindness in spite of it, they will advance to their next trial. The point is a poignant example of how you return with the lessons you previously learnt in circumstances which try to force you to overcome your weakness to gain what you truly need.
