have you ever felt raptured or feel any mystical experience while praying, like beatic visions or ascending into heaven? i really want to make this thread with the utmost respect since these kind of things are not really something to take lightly, but at the same time i feel very curious about it

Yeah when I smoke weed after long breaks and pray then I have a mystical experience

So what the question then? Are you asking if God would let you experience that in some form or just want a true about What wants and thinks.

Once like a couple of years ago I was praying in bed, then I had a sudden vision of two Anubis looking beings that were inside the Sun prostrating towards a black sphere, then one of them started copulating with the black hole and then the dark sphere gave birth to something I suspect is the Antichrist.

Each standardized prayer has a specific energy, like:
The Lords Prayer (Keter), Jesus Prayer (love), St Michael Defend Us in Battle (Geburah), Hail Mary (Yesod).
The experience with each prayer will deepen over time, and do a lot of purification.

However having a group of Christians that pray for eachother can lead to interesting experiences - like people's bodies shaking, going through conversion experiences, renouncing sins and throwing away materials they used for sin, seeing visions of saints praying for them, etc

So pretty much every standardized prayer I do has a mystical feeling because I feel those energies I listed above. But the experience is even deeper for me when reading the Bible. The writings of the saints also have heavenly energies shining through them

I think to attempt to capture it in words is utterly futile and degrades the experience significantly. Given this, I will try my best to explain.

The ecstatic state is similar to the consciousness you are familiar with, just higher up. With picrel, you could imagine the top head as your real head, and then your body as a bigger head, and then the room as a bigger head, at the bottom, your highest self visible, the universe, brahman. Its an expansion and widening of typical consciousness.

The state is usually highly unstable. The immediate experience around head 2-3 is overwhelmingly negative, I suspect it may involve instantiating several suicides on parallel timelines and then merging those consciousnesses back, so thats unpleasant to say the least. Once you’re up there a bit, the immediate surroundings are also extremely unpleasant, consisting mainly of the nonmaterial consciousnesses that are not able to ascend higher due to excessive bounds to the material, ie ghouls and spectres and poultergeists and such, the hoboes of spirit. You will be shown your failures, your weaknesses, until you beg either for death or repair.

Eventually this clears, and you get the meat of the message, the instructions. It probably won’t make much sense in the moment, but you receive a tightly bound chunk of meaning and purpose, and will slowly integrate it later.

Lastly, the return, or the failure to return. Every experience we hear about successfully returns. I suspect, many do not, and these are also the apparent suicides. For me it was very unpleasant, it took nearly 3 weeks to normalize to a point of relative coherence.

this is a very interesting description of a mystical experience. i would say i have experienced similar things. specially on the last head being my real head

i never had myself a mystical experience that concur a negative omen like that, it seems very intense though. what i did have was a anti-trascendental experience. i want to keep it somehow private but it was a very welcoming, grounded and among all things warmth, with a "brother-god" by my side

My consciousness went up into space and was taken....no....I ..arrived at what seemed like a planet with rings around it, there I met what I believed to be The Creator or some being I sensed with other beings round watching..
Nothing was said audibly, nothing was communicated to me.
No message.
No deep insight.
No galactic truth.
No judgement.
No nothing.
Maybe I was found unworthy, idk.
Then suddenly I was sitting back in my chair in my room.
Maybe I dozed off? Drug hallucination? Insanity episode? Maybe it never even happened at all.

the day I decided to convert to Catholicism, I was praying and walking in the woods. The moment I made my decision to convert, I lied down and saw myself as a yellow ball of light above sunset clouds, then my dog was waking me up by scratching my chest and licking my face

Never been to heaven, astral projected a lot. I think the closest thing I have experienced to what you describe, is seeing what appeared to be the sky, except instead of blackness and stars, it was stars and completely pure soft white light, and had a very lovely feeling of love.
