What is the paranormal/spiritual significance of seeing a fox?

Holy shit this board gets worse every day

that's a "maned wolf" which is neither a fox nor a wolf.

That's an unusual fox in the photo, very long legs..
IDK any specific meanings to seeing one in general. They represent certain things in the cultures I do know of, mainly Euro and Japanese with Kitsune. Both acknowledge the cunning element. So do Natives, the Trickster animal / animal spirit. To prescribe meaning includes your perception, does it hold particular meaning to you? A good sign as you relate to it, or a bad sign because the tricks may be played on you?
There's no bad omens I know of besides a ruined chicken coup. I like seeing them because they are rare, usually cute and more fun in spirit even if they could be slightly malicious. Sly, the fox can be a good animal to study or perhaps avoid if you dislike such a scavenger.

Even the one person I knew with a fox moniker was a good soul. Hope this helps.

Idk, but I saw one today and it was watching me.

I don't know, it's somewhat reasonable. Better than schizo-posting. There's plenty of Asian folklore dedicated to the subject, as well as native lore.

It's not even a fox.
Or, despite it's name, a wolf.
It's a maned wolf.

I've seen one and visions of one.

The significance is the numerology of 'fox'. Take the index of each letter modulo 9.
