After roughly 14yrs of suffering with sleep paralysis and various forms of hallucinations, of mixed sensory forms - auditory, visual, tactile. The other night I believe I successfully killed my sp demon and haven't experienced sp since. It was weird, I remember being enraged and in a similar way to how one may lucid dream I was able to take control of the situation. I had a strong visualisation of looking deep into its eyes. It then went up in flames, and looked up in despair as it turned to ashes.

Cool larp. Sleep paralysis is bullshit and sleep demons are just projections of yourself. Stop lying. All you do is make meaningless and worthless noise.
>>
>>43083560
Not a larp and while I accept that these are hallucinations that many would consider 'not real' based on their own materialistic view, they must have some deeper meaning, just as dreams do.
>>
>>43083479
Can you even kill them or do they just go back to where they come from with the possibility to return anytime?

I retaliated in the same manner and then grabbed it by its neck (somehow? though it's invisible), daring him to continue his torment, but in truth we've been in a stalemate ever since. Not letting it get too close to hurt me, but not letting it break free

I'm not sure I have won, in fact, I have become increasingly aggressive in my dreams and astral projections as well. I think I am somehow becoming it. Am I losing myself?
>>
>>43083614
Well mine vanished and hasn't come back since, also normally if I fall back to sleep immediately after experiencing sleep paralysis I'll get caught in a sleep paralysis loop but I didn't that time (after he burned and vanished). So I think I may have conquered sleep paralysis which is why I thought I would share my experience with others since it might help them achieve the same thing.
Also is it just me or does sleep paralysis seem to be becoming more common? Or is it just spoken about more these days?
>>
>>43083479
thats pretty cool
>>
>>43083728
>normally if I fall back to sleep immediately after experiencing sleep paralysis I'll get caught in a sleep paralysis loop but I didn't that time
Yeah you killed that mf, congrats.
I wouldn't get too comfortable yet though, there is a chance they might send more, you have to be ready for that possibility.

>Also is it just me or does sleep paralysis seem to be becoming more common?
Yeah. This age is one where demons scuttle around trying to cement themselves in what they believe is a prepared substrate.

Visualization is a great weapon.

How do you know if it's literal demonic/astral entities or just a very powerful dream (that includes deep feelings, sensations including of ascent and falling)? Monroe said that these sensations can indicate OBEs translated into dream symbols

Bottom line is that the dream ended with me being drained by a big ass half man half machine. I either died, dissolved or got ejected before either of that and have felt drained and out of control ever since. Visualization meditation has helped me with regaining confidence and power over myself
>>
>>43083964
>How do you know if it's literal demonic/astral entities
>destroy it
>it goes away
Simple as

If you want to get a bit more complicated then there are areas modern science and mathematics have only theorized about with virtually no concrete evidence or ability to measure.
What little we have to measure it are considered joke items, like EMF meters and ghost boxes. "Oh haha it moved, that must mean there's a ghost here. Heloooo"
The human brain has calcium ion channels which can detect this EMF, along with radio, and WIFI; similar to sharks calcium ion channels, which they use to detect life signatures near their face.
The further we go with these questions, the less believable it becomes, and for human beings believability is a key factor in accepting what's right in front of them.
A man could find an inexplicable cold spot in his house and come up with some insane, coin-sided schizo sounding explanation for it, because that is more believable than a ghost and protects his credibility.

I did it once as well, I lucid dreamed a handgun under my pillow,
They I got another, different looking night hag.
>>
>>43083479
I had a sleep paralysis episode too where I got up and walked up to the tall shadow being in the corner of the room. As I walked towards it I was growing larger and the shadow being got smaller. As I got closer I could see it more clearly it looked frail and skin looked like dark oak/tree bark.

Anways I started snapping its arms and legs and started eating it. Weird dream
>>
I had a lucid dream last night.
I was looking at myself in third person, sitting in my chair. I looked sickly and tired. There was this string of light that was coming out of the side of my head and reaching up. When I looked closer, I saw particles rising within that string. I tried to follow where they were going, but it ended at this obscure darkness, like a cloud. I realized I was dreaming and intuitively knew it was stealing from me.
So I injected a virus into that line of particles, a delayed payload. I didn't know how it worked, it was more like I realized that a virus was there. A single dot of red in that off-gold line of particles, floated up with the rest of them.
After they reached the top, I heard a booming voice shout "NO!", and I woke up.
>>
>>43083479
I shot a hatman dead a few weeks back, in the dream realm/ psychic, tho it was open eye lucid visual
>>
this thread sounds so cool. wtf now I wanna confront a demon too, just so i can test myself
>>
>>43084151
holy shit brother, respect
you turned yourself into a night terror to a sleep paralysis demon
>>
>>43084031
>A man could find an inexplicable cold spot in his house and come up with some insane, coin-sided schizo sounding explanation for it, because that is more believable than a ghost and protects his credibility.
This perfectly explains my problem with excessive skeptics and science worshippers. I've had them come up with absolutely batshit ideas because it comforts them more than the idea there may be an immaterial side to life.
Honestly people come to conclusions based on what they can safely deal with, and it's no one else's job to try to force them to see something they're not ready for.
>>
>>43083479
>>43084151
Good job dudes. Becoming the scary thing the monsters fear is legit the best defense against the terrors.
>>
>>43083479
I did to. tore it apart. no more sleep paralysis since. been a few years.
>>
>>43083479
Same thing happened to me, it was visiting me for 14 years, a ghastly woman in a white dress, black hair, daek face. I got so fucking annoyed and frustrated that I told her in full rage: "If you ever show up again I'll open my eyes and rape you, no matter how ugly or scary you are."

That was 6 years ago and she never showed up again.
>>
>>43083479
I notice that after I experienced something similar my tinnitus completely went away. Mine was a shapeshifter and it tried to coil around me like a snake, I managed to wiggle out, and my fingers punched holes in its skin down to the core, I squeezed and crushed it like a gooey plastic bag. All the weird shadow people I'd see when I was sleep deprived, or when having a nightmare simply stopped appearing.
>>
>>43083560
>All you do is make meaningless and worthless noise.
Ironically it is YOU who makes meaningless and worthless noise. OPs story was cool.
>>
>>43083479
I scared the fuck out of mine, literally broke out of the hold with my own will power and said "GET THE FUCK OFF ME!!"... Never came back after that like a bitch.

>extremely frequent sleep paralysis between 2018-2021
>went from once week to every two nights to fricking twice a night
>like i would snap out of it, go pee, and then it would happen again immediately
>i'm just used to it at this point
>never seen an entity because i make sure to keep my eyes closed
>although i opened my eyes once out of curiosity and saw my arm looking hulk green
>mom is a muslim but she doesn't practice anymore

Thanks mom.

My dad once told me "If you look for bigfoot, you'll find him everywhere,"
Which is good advice, but I think the opposite is also true. Skepticism can grow fanatic and almost cult-like in its desire to deboonk even the most basic of truths.

If you looked up in the sky and saw a star doing strange maneuvers, which are impossible to achieve with modern propulsion, you might say "That must be an ayy or something."
A skeptic would go into a long tangent about how the government has cameras in your foreskin or some insane shit like that. Bright people, but comfortable in their world.
>>
>>43083479
I try telling people you can "kill" your nightmares by confronting them instead of cowering. Good to see someone else figured it out.

Works on more abstract recurring dreams too, but the solution might not always be violence. Had one where my mom was always evil and would attack me. I forgave her and it stopped(she cheated on my father). Another dream I would always see my high school crush and be too scared to talk to her. I finally just told her I have moved on and the dreams stopped. I think dreams are at least sometimes meant to help you heal mentally, but you need to actually be lucid and confront them.

I don't dream much anymore and when I do it's just nonsense. Might be a good thing. Probably not much trauma left to haunt me in my dreams.
>>
This thread has become officially inspiring. I'm still a victim of sleep paralysis and cannot bring myself to "remember" to fight back during those moments

Can visualisation meditations during the day help to build inner strength so that I can finally snap into my powers like the rest of these guys?
>>
>>43083479
CONGRATULATIONS!! I just killed my 14 year piece of shit too!!

As I was being tortured I managed to finally make a clarity that it was seperated from my body into a spare body in a vortex dimensional-space. I thought I would have an extra body and it could be the other one and it ended up being a hand! I wonder why all of a sudden we are winning, is it disclosure?
>>
>>43088186
I never bothered with meditation. Keep it simple. Try thinking about and planning on how to kill the thing during the day. Mentally prepare yourself to pull out of your paralyzed body and give that demon a beat down.

It's not really "powers". It's just your mind. Anyone can do it. You can kill it as easily as you think you can.
>>
>>43083479
Only time I encountered one was once in a dream, I spat in its mouth and it sort of melted into nothing after I did that
>>
>>43088186
I think visualisation on your favourite pump music might be even better than simple detachment/no-thought exercises. The latter can help clear your mind but the first one is better to build up confidence and inner strength. At least that's what helped me conquer my recurring nightmares. Sometimes I envisioned myself strong, a super hero or smth, other times I would re-envision the nightmare's ending and turning my defeat into a plot twist where I get away and retaliate. This changed my inner universe completely and it reflected in my nocturnal adventures

Do any of you chronic sleep paralysis havers have narcolepsy? Chronic SP is one of the symptoms. I have narcolepsy, and I used to think SP was super normal for everyone, and that basically every nightmare was a sleep paralysis package deal. So I was shocked when my older sister told me she had her first sleep paralysis when she was an adult. I was like "first?!?" Sometimes I'd get it more than once night, multiple times a week, for weeks, for months and years, but then it stopped for years, and I only get it sometimes now.

And the worst part was, sometimes I'd just get a feeling in the middle of the day like at school or something, like a very evil self fufilling intrusive thought, that there was nothing I was gonna be able to do about it, but I would definitely get sleep paralysis tonight. Either for no reason, or because some sort of environmental cue, like something with even a slight resemblance to my sp demon.

Eventually I got better at jerking myself out of a dream as soon as it started showing signs of being bad, but when I was younger, I was getting my ass KICKED in the middle of the night all the time.

I'd go to sleep, I'd hear a really high pitched dog whistle type noise that got louder and louder until it was deafeningly loud, and if I didn't jerk myself out of sleep in time, I'd get my ass handed to me in a SP/nightmare combo.

But then it would LOOP sometimes! I'd wake up from an episode and wait a while and try to clear my mind/distract myself before going to sleep again, or I'd just be too tired and couldn't help but fall back asleep. But it would just happen over and over again sometimes!!!

Everyone always told me I had an attitude and needed to sleep more when I was a kid lol. I'd be so tired from keeping myself awake to not fall back into a SP/nightmare loop after having one, that I'd get in more trouble at school the next day, bc I'd switch between punchy/goofy and cranky or sad all day.
>>
>>43091716
I don't suffer from full blown narcolepsy but definitely have symptoms of severe daytime sleepiness. Also have had similar experiences of hearing noises, but in my case it was more whispering, footsteps or a sort of wind sound that would become more frequent and louder, before I would become the victim of a sleep paralysis demon beatdown.
Have experienced the looping too, the worst is when you cannot physically keep yourself awake. I remember during one of these episodes the demon kept getting closer and closer that eventually it scared me into staying awake for fear of what would happen if it got too close.

you fags literally just make up excuses to generate an AI image to normalize it you fucking freak.
>>

Sorry I do not possess the artistic genius to accurately depict what I saw through my own drawing, I will work on that. I do think that AI is diabolical in the truest meaning of the word but I also don't think it can be stopped now.

My sleep paralysis demon always wants to fuck me (she). She gets on top of my or on my back and starts to molest me, I can tell she means no harm and somehow I can tell she's smiling and having the time of her life without being able to see her although I can "see" her via my minds eye? I dont' know how that works. Actually a few days ago I had another episode and I was on my back when she got on top and grabbed my hands then forced me to kiss her, she got on my side and I started sucking on her tits. She's usually aggressive but sometimes she's nice. AMA

No, I truly believe it's being inbetween worlds or dimensions or w/e but not every single time I have sleep paralysis. There's also a masculine demon, I assume a guy who likes to rape me but for one reason or another it doesn't bother me much? feels uncomfortable though

I fell in love with my tormentor. Out of courtesy, I do fight him whenever he attacks me at first but I get defeated nonetheless. Later, I nostalgically replay in my waking moments the scenes were he subdues and drains me. I just wish he didn't stop, or I did not wake up before I was consumed completely

I've always had an interest in the occult and spirituality in general. My great grandmother would offer services for people including various styles of readings and what you could call spell works. When I got older I'd start to dabble into these things and would look into systems like the LHP, Golden Dawn, work with sigils, etc... so maybe a mixture of seeking these things out and them noticing? who knows
>>
>>43092694
What is the book the image is speaking about? Did you read it? What would you recommend?
>>
Seeing as this is becoming more common, I'm wondering if the mystic/schizo hivemind is weakening, or passively damaging those entities on a mass subconcious scale? Nobody used to mention night terrors/shadow men being defeated in the old days. Sometimes I think shadow people are just regular people who don't reach nominal awareness/lucidity in their sleep, but they roam the dream/shared subconscious plane doing retarded hostile stuff to anyone they encounter. This next part is gonna sound ridiculous, but I hadn't thought about it before, dream NPCs wandering normally, that ignore everything, like bystanders walking down crowded streets in large cities, when you try to stop them, and ask how they're doing, it predates the decade-you get the fluoride stare and maybe a vague answer, but it's mostly a soft body to the fact they're ignoring your presence. Do neurotypicals dream about roaming hustle bustle dream city?
