How do I trascend this reality and reach the Pleroma? I'm tired of being a meatsuit stuck in this prison planet

Last time I was lifting, and then I put all my willpower to trying to escape this reality and I could see in my mind's eye the demiurge smiling from me from every point sorrounding me. It was really fucked. Reality almost broke apart, I could feel it. But for some reason it didn't work. Other times I almost broke free in this specific state between being awake and falling asleep so I'd start there and try to really focus.
First you reach it, then you die.Preferably after a long long life because you will probably be wrong the first time, second time, and so on. Possibly for your entire life.

The astral, which is just subtle/etheric matter is still within his domain. The soul itself is the very thing that anchors the eternal spirit to the demiurgic world of matter and energy. Death and afterlife are all part of this, theoretically you can still escape while alive, alive or dead it doesnt matter. I guess its just easier while you are dead or astrally projecting, since you are just trapped in one thing (soul) instead of two things (soul + body).

Yes, the demiurge and archons do have influence in the ethereal and afterlife, those concepts themselves are concepts made by the demiurge. The outside 'pleroma' would be something very alien to us, as it's something that the demiurge could not perceive or choose not to as it would put into question the supremacy of the demiurge. It would be difficult to know the nature of pleroma as our very own make up body/soul are designed to be ignorant of it. However, those that do have the 'spark', especially pneumatics, can feel a yearning for it. As that divine spark tries to return to its origin/source.
