what are those?"Roger was there, and he was sitting at the desk, and I came in and I saw this guy sitting behind him – huge, bald, fat guy. I thought, "He looks a bit... strange..." Anyway, so I sat down with Roger at the desk and we worked for about ten minutes, and this guy kept on getting up and brushing his teeth and then sitting – doing really weird things, but keeping quiet. And I said to Roger, "Who is he?" and Roger said "I don't know." and I said "Well, I assumed he was a friend of yours," and he said "No, I don't know who he is." Anyway, it took me a long time, and then suddenly I realised it was Syd, after maybe 45 minutes. He came in as we were doing the vocals for "Shine On You Crazy Diamond", which was basically about Syd. He just, for some incredible reason picked the very day that we were doing a song which was about him. And we hadn't seen him, I don't think, for two years before. That's what's so incredibly... weird about this guy. And a bit disturbing, as well, I mean, particularly when you see a guy, that you don't, you couldn't recognize him. And then, for him to pick the very day we want to start putting vocals on, which is a song about him. Very strange."what do you make of it? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RFnd1_zfrJc

>what are synchronicities?this is perhaps one of the most difficult questions in any paranormal or even scientific framework to truly answer. i have my own theories, but ultimately that's all anybody can really do; posit ideas of what it could be, not definitive answers to what it actually isthe main hurtle with this is subjectivity. mainstream science doesn't really have classifications for collections of eerie coincidences, they seem intent to dismiss them as irrelevant. with that in mind, synchronicities are something you can only really notice as a subjective viewer, and the thing that really makes it difficult to parse is often how personal they can seem to be to a given viewer. this is where we get people who identify as targeted individuals, or so i have come to believemy own personal experience with them has lead me to determine they can even defy linear causality. a coincidence in a piece of media relating to something you're doing, but that media was made 50 years ago, is one example. that is what lead me to believe it is supernatural in nature, that it is more in the realm of quantum weirdness than anything. i personally believe it to be the work of spirits, but i understand to many that can be a reductive answer. regardless, this phenomenon was what got me to truly believe in the supernatural at all, and i take great interest in its study
>>43097648apparently we are touching different dimensions when it is happening. maybe we switch places even. but i agree, that they defy linear causality.
