There's way too many requirements by the book. A cast silver seal, a lamen, a LION PELT BELT WITH GOLD THREAD EMBROIDERY, a sword, etc etc

I'd suggest trying to summon stuff outside of your girlfriend, possessions weaken the silver cord (the thing that connects your astral to your physical) and cutting it means basically dying, that's why mediums tend to die young.
Careful with the demons though, they are demons for a reason (usually destructive by nature), Earth spirits can also help you out with treasures but they can screw you over just like demons if you are not careful and clairvoyant enough.

Seere's seal is tin so easy enough to cast I suppose, but read the book and it seems summoning needs as much investment as a cottage industry craft.
