Dude, i hate to say it but these people in my city(euclid ohio) are infected with something that makes their voices SUPER frickin loud. I've been dealing with this problem for a lifetime begging them to go away. I just call them ghetto dumb people every day, and pray to god they go away permanently. can someone like... report it ???? for me or something?@?!??!?! Thanks. i hate this shit
