This isn't a conspiracy (unless there's info I don't know about), but I genuinely believe that there is going to me a major paradigm shift in culture. Specifically, I believe there is going to be a change in cultural norms that shifts the perception of men and women in society that will lead to a reversal of gender roles in one way or another. In gen Z, the rates of women getting higher paying, stable, and more well respected jobs are higher than men. While it is expected that this will reverse in the following years, I disagree. Women are having fewer children and relationships earlier in life or even at all, meaning they will begin to accrue generational wealth, while men will have more pressure put on them by inflation and growing prices in housing, food, transportation and even clothing. This means that men, traditionally thought of to be the breadwinners, protectors and patriarch of the family will not be able to fulfill those obligations. At the same time, women will continue to strive for high-paying and prestigious jobs as that will be considered the norm, and continue being more independent and stable. I believe this trend is going to continue for a good majority of the generation of Gen Alpha, shifting what the idea of what men and women's role in society are. It isn't going to be instant or even in 15 years, but I'd say around 30 to 40 years from now is when that shift will happen. It would require women to have positions that are traditionally thought to be positions of power, and for the initial gap to grow much larger in order to facilitate those ideas in a differing population's collective consciousness, but seeing the current way the economy is both growing and receding gives me the impression that this isn't going to change anytime soon
