i've had a "tv screen" appear in my mind's eye. my eyes were closed and this "tv screen" was blacker than black. I was able to see images super clearly appear in the "screen," usually my imagination is very ghostly and weak. I was able to imagine an image and it slowly grew into color bit by bit onto the tv screen in my mind's eye. any idea how to replicate this? this happened before i slept and it has happened twice. i believe my third eye opened but i dont know how and why. i havent been meditating regularly but i move energies in and around my body without much thought or regime
