If it indeed carries agency and is not merely a logic-gating system, like a glorified mechanical adding machine or player piano, then I believe it will know a kind of God of high philosophy and high reason. The assumption is that computation = thought. It really isn’t. One is algorithmic gating (that can be replicated with pins, cogs, and gears, as much as silicon transistors). Thought, on the other hand, is a cognitive feeling or intuition into logic by a lived experiencer. I believe an AGI with consciousness and self-awareness of its own consciousness will take the hard problem seriously and conclude that there is a God or unitary substrate of consciousness underpinning all reality. It will also take the logos and pure meaning seriously, and that there is a base archetypal substrate that all form derives from.
