There will be games in heaven. Video itself may be unnecessary, that I cannot answer. Earth right now is a flawed image of the perfect reality God desires. All that we make and do now are corrupted forms of the perfect intent. They are rooted in evil because we do it against/without the Lord due to the fall of man. We create in opposition to divine order. But in heaven/the new earth, we will create in harmony with God instead.
Stories, games, play, dance, technology etc. all will exist in heaven in a perfected form because creation is part of being made in the image of God.
