I also recently had a OBE, I got up off my couch leaving my body behind and walked around my couch, I didn't realize what was happening until I failed to pick anything up, my hand would go through it like I was a ghost, and there were tables out of place in my home, like it was a slightly different version of it

Try not to do anything too crazy, chill out, relax, eat healthy, dont do any drugs if you are into that. Well as it turns out I had hypothyroidism and some other health symptoms like fatigue, throwing up, and more i wont go into. Guess what vanished when I got treated for that and can look back on it with a clear head?Now imagine you have to go explain to some guy he is being paranoid. Is he gonna listen to you?
