judo since it'll allow her to be able to throw heavier and bulkier people than her, and also have better balance, composure and conditioning, both mental and physical.if there's no dojos nearby or she doesn't like judo then kickboxing or boxing so she can take a beating and a punch to the face and land some good fists and/or kicks. in the future she could get into martial arts that mix grappling and striking, in which case any will donever bjj since that's full of rapistsalso i'd teach her to spam totsugeki 500 times

Judo or maybe even BJJ. Striking as self-defense for women is retarded. You're not going to out box a guy as a woman, you just don't have the ability to generate power like that. Plus there's several videos of women using Judo and BJJ in actual self-defense situations on da streetz so they get a +1 for at least having empirical evidence of their validity.
