By walking into a wrestling gym and asking to train there. If there are none near you, no-gi BJJ is the next best thing, and after that jacketed styles like gi BJJ, Judo or Sambo

Functionally impossible. You can learn it at any high school in America but if you missed that you're fucked. Practically speaking you can only learn BJJ, MMA or Judo, and pick up whatever bits of wrestling they teach. Probably MMA is the most practical among those.
