The links to their patreons is just a confirmation of where the account is from.It's just piracy so long as they have access to an active patreon/fanbox/whatever account. If there's nothing to download it's either a gap in the importing or some other issue. Kemono is the main reason so many patreon artists send the art through dms or set up a separate site to distribute rewards.
