I want a second opinion just to be safe. I'm commissioning someone to make me a blank 3d body base which I can use for various custom action figures of my own. I tried googling his sample just to be safe he isn't scamming me. I found stuff that looked ismilar but weren't exact matches. But I thought i'd share what he showed me here just to be safe to see if anyone can recognise the work.

So I called them out on it and they send me a video of the model in blender. Still looks very similar to the link that was shared here earlier. Plus they want my email so they can send me files which I'm not sure I want to give them to be safe on my end.

Well they said they were going to add more details and other things but I highly doubt its not going to be a scam again so we are just going to leave the paypal action open to get my money back, since they keep saying the model is original when its obviously not.

This thread reminds me of the time an Indian dude tried to commission me for a model to put in on his store
small update. I tried to make a claim on paypal to get my money back since you guys sharedt he evidence it was a stolen model. But it was unfortunatly denied. I think it will be more trouble than its worth to get it back. However I have some other more reliable people to work with in the future. The artist said they would make a new model for me in the meantime but I highly doubt it won't be another stolen model.>>1020372For now this would just be for personal use.
