How much effort do you put into watching anime?Do you stream all of it or just to see if you like then download the rest or do you just download all of it?
I can't believe you even have to ask that question here.
>>288339017why?It's just that I used to do the second one but now that animekai is gone I'm just downloading all of it at this point
If I can't find it on my usual spot, I go hunting until I can find it. Sometimes I just concede that I'm not meant to stream something

How bad is it that I've always streamed for years? I just worry my plastic slab of a PC can't download much.

>>288339152Streaming is downloading
>>288338908I download episodes one at a time and don't download the next until I've watched the previous one. Same with manga volumes.I used to download full series at a time and they'd just sit in my drive for months.
>>288338908>How much effort do you put into watching anime?I sit down and look at the screen? Not sure how much effort is needed in watching anime.>Do you stream all of it or just to see if you like then download the rest or do you just download all of it?If I like it, I download it to keep. If I'm just watching or checking it out, I stream. My computer doesn't have the kinda space to download much.
>>288339257I'm similar, but what I do is download the first couple episodes and don't do the rest until I start watching it. Once I've decided it's good enough I download the rest.
>>288339276If only computers invented the delete function. Alas, everyone has to buy a new hardrive every few days because nothing can get cleared. Damn this useless technology damn it all to hell.
>>288339333I'm not going to delete the anime I want to keep...
Absolute state of /a/
>>288338908I used to stream stuff but now every streaming site I can easily find either has a million popups even when using an adblocker, doesn't have what I'm looking for, uses shitty video players that randomly freeze the video at times while the audio continues, makes you sign up just to access certain videos, or some other kind of annoying bullshit I haven't discovered yet.So now I just download everything.

>>288338908animekai was very quality. For a moment I thought I was doing it wrong by using torrents and should watch streaming. It almost never buffers. The quality is good. Then animekai got down. Everything else is passable.

i download full shows, put them on my NAS then play them on my big TV and big sound system, it is extremely an extremely comfy boomercore approach rather than hunched over a stolen chromebook streaming it at 2x speed then filming tiktok reactions.
>I have a million dollar big TV setup therefore everyone needs to have it too and do the same things I dorly
I don't watch anime anymore. I only read manga now.
>>288338908>How much effort do you put into watching anime?Watch whole show non-stop at once.Btw, this filters slop shows from any era
>>288341279>thirdworld whiningif you can't handle the presence of Americans on an American website why don't you go back to hispachan or tagalogchan or oogaboogachan or wherever you all came from

Imagine actually watching anime in 2026 instead of just reading summaries so you can bully zoomers on /a/ about how their favorite anime is shit.
I on and off watch ahneem and use nyaa for everything.
>>288341357If you read manga on any website instead of downloading the tankobon, that's the manga equivalent of streaming.
>>288338908torrenting is literally less effort than streaming
