Finished Prophecy of the Throne after buying on sale for lore. Around 15 hours. Random thoughts: Throughout the game, you get info or items and most don't do anything other than a short description. I thought after the first battle w/ dusk bandits that fighting and dying would have more strategy. However, most battles you can just one try and I only redid the Rem vs Wolf fight three times due to running out of phases and being trapped under wood and the rem garden search due to hitting key by mistake. The final battle literally tells you what to do.Most of the dialogue is voice acted and everyone sounds nice except Priscilla and Crusch? They just sound off though that may just be me. I like Wolf's voice (khaha) but half the time in latter half of the game, his voice is hard to hear than everyone else's. Melty nice, Tiga cool, Salum not much dialogue.The beginning of the game shows the witch cult, Petelgeuse, and Beast Form Puck but after that they don't show up again, except for Subaru to reflect and plan on avoiding triggering them and Petelgeuse appearing at the literal end of the game. Some extra details in dialogue.

Any scenes with those two are always fun to read, especially with Arc 10 now even though her character development is basically finished.We'll see some more character growth with Beako keeping Subaru from going insane during Season 4 with all of the failed loops. He relies on her a lot and you just know the sad moments that occur will be very impactful.

Arc 6 was the last time we had the cast have meaningful suffering that showed different sides of them and their convictions, in arc 7 it was mostly Subaru and the new Vollachia characters suffering( Yorna, Gladiator bros, Tanza), arc 8 offscreened 99% of the loops, arc 9 was a single loop though most of the alde-busters got mindbroken by the end.Will arc 10 deliver in making characters other than Subaru suffer? Imagine if barely anything happens to Meili after all of this. it would be a waste if Tappei doesn't give us a loop where Rem decides to finally close the rift between her and Subaru, only for Capella to slowly kill him through a curse or something similar and make her regret not being honest with him like Wilhelm was with Theresia. Especially since Rem said she wants to "atone" in this arc, don't deny me this sufferingkino, Hackpei.
