Unless there is some strict regulations passed down on the internet and Japan some how convinces the world anime is worth protecting on an international scale (just look at the state of western animation) I don't see it happening. There will always be a "waka mole" relationship with Japan as far as torrenting anime will be concerned. You can kill illegal streaming sites all you want but unless the world really comes together I don't see piracy and anime going away anytime soon. Streaming is far too easy to pirate at the end of the day. Unless Japan goes back to physical media, which they fucking won't they'd miss out on too much revenue from the short term, anime is going to keep getting passed around the internet like a cheap whore despite your ignorant dumb young ass.
