Why do people romanticize violent, abusive girls who show affection once in a blue moon?
>>288360316Reminds me of my mom.
>>288360316>Why do people write women realistically ????
> Grrrrr Ranma Saotome you'll pay for this!> hey ain't do nothing!*cold water*> aaaaahhh I got titties aaaahhh> Ranma, why the fuck won't you marry my daughter?!
>>288360316Nice try, Shampoo
>>288360316Because they're correctable
>>288360316I had a girlfriend like this once . She was a chemical engineering Ph.D., tiny, like 90 lbs, and constantly emotionally abusing me and accusing me of cheating . I lost 20 pounds from the stress and I had to dump her. I still masturbate thinking of her.
>>288360316For the love of the game
>>288360316In the context of Ranma 1/2 and the writer's history of writing romance for her characters I would say that aggression means love or at the very least great affection. Its easy to read into this as DM or abuse, but its fiction and the characters are generally strong enough to take a hit or two in universe. I'm not a giant fan of this kind of writing but I get at the very least what she's trying to get across to the audience. It isn't hate but the characters trying to understand one another. Ranma does this better then any of the other series i feel.
people used to say that the men and women that hate each other, actually love each other, i guess that's the principle behind Ranma and Akane's relationship
>>288360364Realistic women won't beat you. They'll just quietly ice you out until you can't take it anymore and leave.
>>288360316Because women have romanticized toxic badboys that treat them like shit but show affection once in a blue moon.
>>288360316The gap makes the affection seem sweeter than it is.
>>288360316it's fiction
>>288360316I don't know I don't romanticize any girl.
