There is no thread, so I've made this one to ask a question.
Are all Curses male?

I've always seen Hanami as female, and the rest of the curses as Male, but, obviously Rika is female, and Tamamo No Mae should also be female, so, what is it?

Hanami has a female voice, and is obviously meant to be mother nature in a way, but does that make her female?

Logically, every single curse is genderless/nonbinary, since they aren't humans or animals, but, Choso's mother got impregnated by a curse right? how? did Kenjaku just turn the curse into a penis?

Curses also seem to have a sense of indivuality (the disaster ones do), with Dagon going "we all have names!" (one of my favorite scenes), and usually, that comes with gender identity, so, is Dagon a man? does he see himself as a man? does hanami see herself as a woman? are they all fucking genderless? is Tamamo No Mae a woman just because she wants to be one and not because she was born one (which is fine)?

I genuinely can not see Jogo as anything except an old man, I know japan doesn't have gendered pronouns or whatever but it feels wrong to refer to Jogo with anything other than "he", I want to hear your opinions on this, because the curses are one of my favorite aspects about JJK, and every wiki just says every curse is male aside from Rika and Tamamo No Mae

what do you think? am i missing something from the novels or interviews?
