lets not pretend that alien headbutt was a victim of the adhd audience and breakneck pace enforced by jump editors. its start wasnt just very slow [for this era], it was basically nothing for an entire volume. just nonstop fights with little setups, with empty and undeserved hype moments that had zero chance of landing. its by far the most deserved u19 in years. chapter 1 is fine in isolation, but chapters 2-8 should of been heavily trimmed. chapter 9 (when shit actually starts happening) should been chapter 3-4 for it to stand any chance, and even then it would still be an axebait that likely wouldnt come out the other side.
