>>288379686Battle harems are a way of the past, people hate them out of principle the same way they hate isekai, even worse if it has some mild ecchi that's just unforgivable, people just see it as trash that wastes space in the magazine to attract some lowest common denominator readers, or takes the 'eechi spot' as in it gets preferential treatment and would've been axed ages ago if it was put to the same scrutiny everything else does.

I don't know how bad Nue is but I don't think a genre should die for that.
