We start directly where the last chapter ending. The Q audience is watching the (apparently quite long) cursed tape, when one of the audience members remembers hearing about this before. Unfortunately, he's too late, as the tape comes to an end and everyone who watched it from start to end is cursed.Yume and Jin take control of the situation (and of the male Yayoi Kokuryou, forcing him to watch it Clockwork Orange-style). Meanwhile, Akagawa has a flashback to her last encounter with Tokiko during high school.They met in a school corridor. Tokiko apparently had stopped coming to school, but once Akagawa saw her, she tried inviting her to do another shady job with her. Tokiko flatout refuses, saying she can rot her brain doing them by herself.Akagawa was tired of how strange Tokiko had become, so she brings up the fact that Q probably can't bring her dad back to life. Tokiko, however, reacts strangely, "Oh, I see. He did die." Then she announces she's already made preparations to quit school, and that's the only reason why she came to school today.Akagawa had heard nothing of this, but Tokiko only asks "What reason would I have to tell you?"Tokiko leaving her in the dirt made her feel just like she felt when her parents divorced.Back to the present, Yume explains that the curse grows stronger the more people see it, and in the time since Akagawa made the "last video", it has become incredibly powerful.Yume and Jin close their eyes before the video can end, saving them from the curse, but the male Yayoi won't be so lucky.In addition to that, the people who show up in the video are actually those previously cursed, and now that it's finally complete, the curse is beyond delighted.But then, the male Yayoi suddenly faints, which Yume describes as him "running away", especifically, Yayoi Kokuryou's consciousness ran away from that body.
Without much else to do, they just leave it lying there and begin to leave. Yume calls this their first blow against Yayoi, but it's by no means a small one.Meanwhile, Akagawa recollects how Yume told her that Yayoi Kokuryou exists within Tokiko, but unlike their other victims, they actually share Tokiko's body with her consciousness.We switch to Yayoi in Chacha's body and Tokiko. Yayoi claims Yume is now complete. Her other self shared information with her, telling of how Yume figured out that he was Yayoi as well.The observation period should be of half a year, but she thinks it's fine to say the plan's worked. Now it's time to move to the final phase.Finally, we get one last shot of Tokiko as Akagawa's thoughts appear over her: "Which one of you was it back then? I want to know, do you still want to bring back your father, even now?"That's it for today, unless there's a 20th page. Next chapter is next Friday too.
Volume 21, starting from the next chapter, will be the last volume.

Btw, I think it's pretty much confirmed that even if Ura Baito's coming to an end, the author's gonna work on other series after it.
