Shit like the arcs with everyone except Naruto becoming Chunnin during the timeskip was neat but I felt like the placing felt off, could've been weaponized somewhere before the Fourth war began to ease into the jinchuriki's to get the investment into them done better. The decent ones were the Tsukiyomi filler episodes which were providing the team for the manga chapter coverage enough time while expanding on the other characters more (Although Tsunade's dream being a speedrun of Naruto and Sasuke but with Parents could've been handled better though but I guess it's them capitalizing on Jiraiya's writing).All in all, those who wrote the filler episodes for the post-retrieval episodes of the OG Naruto and the ones for the episodes post-Pain were actually good despite the constraints in which they were brought up in, just a shame that they were either abruptly dumped within arcs with different tone or poorly timed with either the climax of an arc or just poorly blended in.
