And while I see the logic behind your idea (ad I find it at least thought provoking), I don't remember that it was ever mentioned that Aizen's Hougyoku had Hollows as a material, so correct me if I'm wrong.Additionally, Aizen's Hougypku already had regular (aka human) souls inside it. And Urahara couldn't get Quincy souls easily unless he ventured to the World of the Living to capture some or circumvented the regular procedure like Mayuri did later, because Quincy don't go to the Soul Society when they die, which wouldn't be out of character for Urahara, but I don't find it likely.
