Just properly release Rival Schools, preferably the one the dating sims fully translated. While dating sims are still niche, Persona and Fire Emblem with it's dating sim elements are very popular franchises and there is an increasing interest in dating sims. May as well bank into that and release Nekketsu Seisyun Nikki in English.

I tried to find the Chinese manga scans but the site is broken and the images won't load.At least have this: Justice Gakuen or Rival Schools has a handful of drama CDs. One is some choose your own adventure, one is just some retelling of the game according the wiki, and the third one follows a original story that seems to serve as some kind of prequel to the first game.It has this OC main character called Yu Arise who is secretly a spy from Justice Academy and also Batsu's childhood friend and Akira's boyfriend for some reason. At the end of the story he gets brainwashed and kills himself by jumping of the rooftop. Pic related. That's probably him in the foreground falling down.

So no, there is no fan translation and I doubt we will get one soon as it's a lot of text to translate. The images of the Chinese scanslations still won't load so have this instead from some ebay seller. If you want some official Rival Schools material outside of the games I suggest buying the manga, and either translate it yourself or commission someone to do it for you. It's only two volumes so it won't be that hard.
