I'm not quite sure when they'll start building up for Eclair's appearance in the show in ~~the last weekend of July, episode 26~~. I think they'll start building it up in mid-June, and Luluka's secret will probably be revealed during that build-up. Maybe early July or maybe the very episode Eclair does her debut. It's hard to say without episode titles or anything.
It is possible that whatever secret she has is unrelated to Eclair herself and that arc is for after Eclair appears, but I don't think so. I am a bit curious if the show will also have a major climactic moment in June or if it'll just keep building up until July, but I think it'll just be the latter case.
