It's not about how much nudity, but rather how it's presented. In cutey honey it's presesnted shamelesly which fits perfectly with the nature of being naked. Modern day anime can't do that even if they put vagina on the screen. In the end I can't answer your question because it cancels both parts that are crucial for a good anime to be made.

And the whole anime is riddled with scenes where Kazama FAMILY girls bicker over Yamato's affection. Oh yeah and Capt, Gakuto & Moro just disappear from the story after one point.From what I've seen Takahiro (og creator) wasn't involved in this show anyway and I suspect that he didn't like what he saw either since, the moment Taeka is officially introduced to the VNs in A-5 she's a goofy hobo dealing with bad luck, complete 180* from the cyborg murder-dyke from the anime.Although it doesn't have its ups. I suppose the first episode is pretty alright since it's directly adapting the Kawakami War from Momoyo's route except for the Four Devas fight scene instead of Otome from Tsuyokiss as a voice cameo you get Matsunaga Tsubame to shill Majikoi S. And there are a couple episodes after that focuses on one girl (the Wanko episode from what I remember was really good). As soon as PLOT happens though? Abandon ship, because everyone's gonna turn into retards.
