So what is the romantic endgame for Subaru? Tappei sucks at estimates so unless the final arc is as big as the other arcs combined, we're probably looking at 14/15 arcs not 12. And even then, we're long past half point and Emilia barely has any romantic development. I'm not asking for a sex segment at the beginning of each chapter but it'd be nice to see her a little bit more proactive. Rem's relationship is a running gag and nobody else is doing anything. I might have a mental breakdown if Subaru doesn't get his happy ending...

I think that's why she lost her memories, so the fan base isn't split and he doesn't get death threats and ends the story with the characters being happy in the end. How can anyone argue marrying two girls when he's died so many times for both of them, one more than the other with all of this memory plot bullshit?
