There has not been a hot blodeed magical girl series that isn't trying to be cute or precure crap, even Sailor moon, specially the anime devolved into beating you in the head with the same formulaic monster of the week, fights with no fights but with stock attacks and zoom outs of the girls dodgin in goofy matters and sillyness, and Precure is just Sailor moon but more corporate and to sell plushies of the mascots, can even be violent.Cutie Honey fumbled upon in many of the series outside of Re and Shin, and Madoka Magical was just subversion and safe edgy.I want a magical girl show or series that is more like Saint Seiya, the closest we got was Rayearth with it's serious moments but even that had goofy parts

That's probably as close as you're going to get. But you sound like you just want battle shonen with a magical girl filter over it. You even specifically mention Saint Seiya.
