the old adaptation is ugly as fuck but it has that 2000s anime tone and a slow pacing so "muh atmosphere" faggots gobble it upthe new one is too bright and sharp but it should be fine if you're used to modern animeboth are shit compared to the manga and light novel

I haven't seen the new one yet but I recently rewatched some of the first adaptation and it was very cozy and enjoyable still. I've heard the new one is going for a more full adaptation of the source material but since it's not all out yet that doesn't really matter.
