He's not old enough to drink coffee and he follows the rules. It wouldn't work. The real question is why he gets hyped up so much when he was beaten and humiliated so easily by a regular ojisan with no powers, nevermind Touman and all the magic side characters that are stronger than him. Which is basically every magic side character. Science is so weak it's a little annoying to see the favoritism.
