Why haven't more people on /a/ watched Sister Princess?

It was arguably the first anime to truly define the moe movement.
>>
Because I don't like gay shit, old shit or plotless shit.

moe is gay and permavirgin

This site needs a hard reset. Pathetic.

This show had an all-star VA cast.
Was huge in japan, not so much in the west.
It's actually pretty funny. It's the most wish-fulfillmenty premise ever, and the first thing the MC wants to do is escape.

This anime is the closest I've seen similar to liminal horror. Liminal Moe maybe?
There was something really wrong with the whole escenario the MC found himself into.

I'm profoundly confused, please explain further

Everything on the island felt fake, like if the inhabitants were actors. I remember the butler old guy acting like different characters.
The sisters acted like the MC's little sisters, but didn't interacted like they were even family between themselves. Like if they were paid to do one job as 'little sisters' and nothing else.
Dunno, it felt wrong.

I've seen it, it's a lot of fun. Seems a bit derivative of Love Hina, but still entertaining.

My gf at the time actually got me into it. Apparently she, like many other girls who were teenagers in the 2000s (and licensers/distributers), thought 'about girls' meant 'for girls'

What mods really needs to do is to ban shonenslop from /a/
>>

There's a fairly obscure J-metal band called 403 Forbidenna (yes, that's the name) that sings in very, very funny Engrish. They're fucking nerds, and one of their songs has a reference to Sister Princess.

The song is about a hikikomori otaku who beats his parents. It briefly mentions the guy imagining himself as "a handsome guy who is the center of attraction of 12 younger sisters"

I knew the band and the song for years before I found Sister Princess and got the reference. Good stuff.

The problem is that the /a/ mods actually like shounenslop. They will even ban you for criticizing it too much.
