Ishida Masazumi and his men refer to Yoshiro's group as 海賊 (pirates). However, both 海族 and 海賊 are pronounced the same (kaizoku).

>>288520259Sorry for being late to HnK. I've so far read up until chapter 67 on manga piracy sites. Is there a site that actually contains the rest of the chapters? I couldn't find them. Reading them through the archive and manually opening each page individually is a pain in the ass. Also, just want to say that Keiji may very well be the best anime protagonist I've seen in a long time. Yeah he's a super strong fighter, but he doesn't actually get through situations with pure strength alonge, at least most of the time. Most of his victories are through his wits and pure charisma, like that scene in the bathhouse where he pretends to carry a real sword with him but is actual a bamboo backscratcher as a way to provoke and humiliate the other kabukimono who wanted to pick a fight with him.Or that scene of him having the side ponytail when meeting Hideyoshi. Sure every now and then we see him cleaving through a dozen guys with a single swing of his giant spear, but that's (so far at least) the minority of his victories.I've only read three Tetsuo Hara works: Fist of the North Star, Fist of the Blue Sky and this. I genuinely think that this is better so far. I just love how much fun Keiji is. Also, I'm glad I've played Samurai Warriors and Nioh, because a lot of references in this manga would have otherwise been lost if I hadn't played those first, like how Maeda Toshiie relies on an abacus a lot of the time because of how the real version of the man did use an abacus.

>Takeshi (武)I was confused what to do about this guy's name. Isn't this the kanji for "Takeshi?" But the hiragana indicates that his name is just meant to be read as たけ (Take) and not たけし (Takeshi). I left it as Takeshi because I didn't want people to read his name as Take (as in take a seat). Maybe when the official English gets here, they'll stick an "i" at the end and make it Takei, two syllables?

I know that he's supposedly not a writer by trade, but most of his stuff has that style, lol. I think it is one of Hara's touches that he adds to stories he's working on.
