The biggest one is that they do actually manage to make characters that are vaguely appealing(at least now, it was rough at the start). The designs are cute and/or cool, there's a reasonable amount of sex appeal, and the nikkes are somewhat endearing. While it's nowhere near the level of something like BA, getting into nikke after coming from some soulless garbage like WuWa or any Mihomo game(barring maybe ZZZ) and their forgettable characters designed by pulling random design elements from a bin blindfolded, is definitely a big improvement. And the commander actually fucks nikkes, that always helps.
