Is Ojamajo Doremi more continuity driven than Sailor Moon? I ask this because half of Sailor Moon was just filler. The first season alone of Sailor Moon was mostly filler.

>>288600912It's more character driven in respect to the fact that nearly every character in the show within the girl's circle gets something, the first season of doremi is basically where you can just drop it and not view another season afterwards because of how well it plays out with doremi being tasked with fixing her now frog turned witch mentor.Doremi gets ahead of itself, especially with the child raising season where it gets way harsher with the messages about one's responsibility, death with poor methods, etc but despite all of that it's got one of the better things where watching it all the way to the last season where you'll find yourself some of the best magical girl episodes I've personally seen and have been engrained in my head by completely stepping away from the usual formula.I honestly can't remember anything about sailor moon mostly because its style is so fucking generic, outside of the endings where the sailors are killed off as it builds up to sailor moon using some new BUY OUR TOYS powerup, except in the final season where she's completely naked iirc.ojamajo doremi is more fun at all points, even when it tries to take things seriously for plot development which is honestly where it fails and showcases its flaws where it can still be entertaining by virtue of the characters being built up since season 1, you can forget the seasons bit for bit but the ojamajo roster just has really fleshed out characters to the ones that only get one or two episodes dedicated towards them.
