There are a lot of people who watched Apocalypse Hotel and raved about that series, but even so, they didn't give a much better show like YKK a chance, even though it's much shorter.

I read Yokohama Kaidashi Kikou years ago, a few times. I've just returned from a vacation in Japan and spent a few days on the Miura peninsula. The western coast really is just as idyllic as YKK makes it out to be, it was pure bliss.
