It's been 17 fucking years and the webcomic isn't finished yet and I don't think it will be finished anytime soon considering One only releases 1-4 chapters per year. It's very clear that One has very little interest with the series and he should just hand over everything to Murata already since he's the only one who is actually doing something with the series while he's waiting for new chapters from the webcomic.
