The train is already moving and you've gotta be moving with it if you don't want to be left behind, I think that fits well with the movie's themes.Also, I think Nana kind of assumes the villain role again to get things moving and get the other girls motivated in a situation where they're just sitting around, waiting for the next audition to come. Nana ends up studying which was supposed to be Junna's thing, and Junna does the bold thing a go to America even though she doubted herself all this time
