Imagine 5toubun no Hanayome, but instead of "Which of these five hot sisters are you going to marry?", the premise is "Which of YOUR five hot sisters are you going to marry?" Also it's way more of a drama than a romcom. The character that anon posted, Kotono, is basically Shiunji-ke's version is Miku from 5toubun (4 of the 5 heroines in Shiunji-ke are just Reiji Miyajima knocking off the Nakano quintuplets). The key difference being that Kotono, despite being shy and reserved, is also assertive and proactive enough that she confessed her love to her older brother before she even found out they aren't blood-related. Miku, on the other hand, spent most of 5toubun being a feckless pussy and hiding her feelings, making her a painfully obvious losing heroine despite being the most popular of the quintuplets by a massive margin. The anon comparing her to Nayuta (Chainsaw Man) is only doing so because they look vaguely similar; the two characters have virtually nothing in common otherwise. The one comparing her to Sumi (Kanokari/Rent-a-Girlfriend, Reiji Miyajima's other manga) is doing so because Sumi is also the shy, reserved heroine in that manga who's a fan favorite but never had a fucking ghost of a chance against Reiji's infamous waifu Chizuru. The Miku and Sumi parallels have a lot of weight to them, as Kotono is basically Miku if she weren't a fucking coward, and she's a similar archetype to Sumi, who's absolutely adored by fans of Kanokari for being quite literally the only heroine in the manga who isn't A: crazy (Mini, Ruka), B: a terrible fucking person (Chizuru), or C: both (Mami). So it's easy to see shades of those characters in Kotono, while also expecting her to deliver on an actual win for them because she's been gunning for her onii-san since chapter 1. Hope that helps. The only one who doesn't fit is Seiha, the autistic genius. Also there's a second brother who's Minami's twin, but he's not part of the incestbowl and has a girlfriend who he dicks down on the regular.

That said, the parallels are too blatant to ignore. The inspiration couldn't be more obvious. 5toubun was the biggest romcom manga in WSM by a country mile when it was being serialized, and a lot of mangaka from that magazine have been inspired by it in their works that came after.
