There's like one mystery box in MAD and we haven't been focusing on it at all to the point that most people forgot about it. Aliens are also such a non-threat by now that we don't even know what the manga is going to be about after this arc. SnK also had a cast of characters to be a soap opera, whereas MAD has only like 4-5 characters all of whom are good guys and super best friends, and one maybe kinda bad guy that we haven't seen in over 1.5 years.
So what are your predictions on what the next arc will be?
I for one do hope MAD gets a good adaptation in the future. And it gets popular, as the author deserves it.
