I think the part of Boruto’s plan going to shit is KK being unavailable. Sarada will probably get captured before Boruto talks to him and when Boruto goes back to the hideout KK will be gone and Boruto will be flying blind. Could be wrong but I don’t see why Ikemoto would knock KK out if not to incapacitate him for at least the first part of the arc. It’s unclear whether Boruto intended to only involve Sarada in the plan but we do know from KK’s vision a while back that Inojin goes to the Shinju hideout. So if I had to guess Bort/Salad get in a scuffle, KK wakes up and immediately contacts Inojin to help them, team 10 fights Code while Kawaki fights Jura and Sarada fights Hidari. Unclear where Boruto stands in all this. He could be helping Sarada or Kawaki. Sumire is backseat gaming Kawaki per usual.
