Cute couple, I think they're perfect for each other because they're both idiots. Ranma likes protecting Akane because he have an ego and Akane is strong so it makes him looks even stronger. Probably help that they were fairly respectful with each other, They fight a lot it's pretty obvious they don't really mean it after a while.
