I actually don't know of any isekai series with good male elf characters. They are all antagonistic in pretty much any story when female elves exist. There is only one that comes to mind where the male elf is an eccentric dad character for the MC. There might be some others where the elf king is cool, but those tend to be general fantasy, not isekai.
