I think Alice is my favorite girlI also really like the contrast between the different gondola companies, with Aria being an independently owned small business, himeya being a family run type thing, and orange planet being a large organization with dozens and dozens of undines. Personally I think it has the most soul. The complete experience is going to the real venice and basically having a spiritual experience visiting all the anime locations irl. There's places online where you can find them all mapped out.
